Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Advisory from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (CEPADE), as well
as specialized training in comprehensive security, an advanced course in occupational health and safety at the National
Distance Education University (UNED), and an executive development program from ESADE Business School.

She has developed her professional career at Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (Adif) and RENFE, where she has
held various positions of responsibility related to people management, corporate strategy, labor and employment law, security,
and innovation.
Between 2024 and 2025, she served as Chief Officer for People Management and previously, between 2018 and 2024, she was
Director of Planning, Organization and Administration at Adif.
Previously, she held various positions in the company’s labor law and human resources areas, including management of the
labor law department in both litigation and advisory matters, as well as several chief of staff positions in the areas of protection
and security; auditing, management and patents (R&D&I); human resources for the executive management of the High-Speed
Rail network; and human resources for the executive management of track and facility construction.
She began her career in Adif’s labor law area as Head of Regulatory and Advisory Affairs in the Human Resources Labor Law
Department, a position she held between 1996 and 2007.
