He has extensive professional experience in the planning, construction, and management of railway infrastructure, developed primarily at Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (Adif).
In 2025, he was appointed Chief Officer of Adif AV. Between 2021 and 2025, he served as Director of the Haramain High-Speed Rail Project, a flagship international railway initiative developed by Adif. Previously, he was Construction Director for the same project between 2012 and 2020 and was part of the organization’s management structure between 2005 and 2012.
He joined Gestor de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (GIF) through a competitive examination process in 2002 and began his professional career as a consultant at TIFSA between 2000 and 2002.
